public subroutine hbc3d_SetInterface_MultiSetModel3D(bc, mymodel)

Boundary condition for SELF_BC_SET_INTERFACE faces. It writes nothing: the parent fills solution%extBoundary on these faces before each set's CalculateTendency. Registering it keeps the faces out of the unmapped-boundary count.
